Herd and Gilmour score for Imps, Boulding nets for Bantams
Lincoln produced a spirited performance to beat Bradford 2-1 and earn a third consecutive league win.
The Imps had a let-off early on when Luke O'Brien burst through the home defence but finished with a weak shot which was blocked by the legs of Lincoln keeper Rob Burch.
Bradford had another chance in the 24th minute when Omar Daley, making his first start back after long-term injury, fired in a low cross but Gareth Evans put the ball wide from close in.
The Bantams were made to pay just after the half-hour when Lincoln went ahead with a well-worked goal. Delroy Facey flicked on for Brian Gilmour, and his neat pass was converted by Chris Herd.
Six minutes later Bradford's fragile defence cracked again with Facey putting Gilmour clear. The Scot held off three defenders before placing his shot into the net.
Substitute Michael Boulding was introduced at half-time and pulled a goal back for the Bantams on 61 minutes when Lincoln failed to clear a cross from O'Brien, but the visitors could not claim an equaliser.
