Brazilian full-back feels PSG are trying to force him towards exit

Marcos Ceara claims Carlo Ancelotti has offered no explanation as to why he has been dropped and admits his situation is unlikely to change any time soon. The Brazilian full-back was a regular starter under former Paris St Germain coach Antoine Kombouare, but he has fallen out of favour since Ancelotti inherited the reins. The 31-year-old claims to be at a loss to explain his snub, with no-one having communicated to him why he now finds himself on the bench. Ceara feels he is being unfairly overlooked, with it his opinion that no matter how hard he tries from this point on, he will never feature prominently in Ancelotti's plans. "The role of the older players is diminishing," he told France Football. "We were here in the difficult times but now everything has changed. It is disappointing, but football has become a business. "I will fight until the end to win a position but I know that my efforts in training will mean nothing. I won't play. "I would like Ancelotti to tell me what I have to do to have an opportunity in the side. But that won't change anything. "This is all a strategy to make me mad and want to leave. "During the winter transfer market there was a rumour of a swap deal between PSG and Porto Alegre. Damiao would have come here and I would have gone there. But you can't make me leave without my consent. I am under contract. "I am expecting things to get worse but I will always fight for the shirt. To me it is like a second skin. PSG is the club where I have played for most of my career. "I am also really sorry for coach Kombouare. That is also an injustice. He was a great professional. Of course he doesn't have the experience of Ancelotti, but he needed time."
