Brentford defender Craig Woodman has left Griffin Park after his contract was terminated by mutual consent.
The 29-year-old left-back, who had a year remaining on his contract, is now free to join another club having recently been linked with a move to Exeter. Woodman joined Brentford from Wycombe for an undisclosed fee in 2010 and made 76 appearances. But he was transfer listed by manager Uwe Rosler after losing his place to Everton loanee Jake Bidwell last season.
