Fulham are set to announce the signing of long-term target Derek Boateng on a free transfer.
Sky Sports revealed in April that Fulham had revived their interest in Boateng, having failed to finalise a deal in January. Fulham have already confirmed that a deal has been agreed with full-back Sascha Riether, who is to move to west London permanently after impressing during a loan stint. Athletic Bilbao defender Fernando Amorebieta is also arriving on a free transfer this summer, whilst Roma goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg and Wolves midfielder Bakary Sako have also been linked with the Craven Cottage club.
