Paris Saint Germain eased into the quarter-finals of the French League Cup with a 2-0 win over Nancy, while Le Havre upset Rennes.
Peguy Luyindula was the hero for
Paris Saint Germain at the Parc Des Princes with both goals against
Nancy.
Luyindula broke the deadlock on the half-hour mark and he doubled the lead with his second just six minutes later.
Jean-Michel Lesage's last-gasp penalty earned
Le Havre a 2-1 victory over
Rennes.
El Fardou gave Le Havre the lead on 15 minutes, but Moussa Sow drew high-flying Rennes level nine minutes later.
The game looked set to head into extra-time until Lesage kept his cool to score from the penalty two minutes into injury-time.
