Crawley have confirmed that defender Joe Walsh has put pen to paper on a contract extension until 2015.
The 21-year-old has made 44 appearances since joining from Swansea in August 2012 and scored six goals, including three this season. He told the club website: "I'm delighted to have signed this new contract. It wasn't a difficult decision to be honest because I am really happy at the club. "I love working with Richie (Barker) and the coaching staff because I feel they have improved me as a player in the time that I have been here. "We've started the season well and we definitely feel as a squad that we can contend for the play-offs so there is a lot to look forward to."
