The USPGA is Europe's least favourite major. No player from the Old Continent has won the season's fourth major in 89 previous stagings. A record 30 European players will tee it up at Oakland Hills on Thursday, a challenge led by our two-time Open champion Padraig Harrington. As is the case every year, that is more than play in either of the other Stateside majors, yet we are singularly unsuccessful at the USPGA. Why should that be the case?
